Doctor will defend himself in medical malpractice suit. Patient will be represented by Ryan Yagoda of the firm Kralovec, Jambois & Schartz of Chicago. In a one of a kind case a doctor will act as his own legal consul against one of Chicago's powerhouse malpractice lawyer's KJS.
This blog site will be open to the public upon registration . Also comments about the proceedings and the trial will come from both the doctor and Ryan Yagoda.

Looked through various amounts of documents and have found considerable amounts of evidence against the prosecution with my lawyer...Things have looked good so far, thus I will continue to stay positive ...

Contacted Ryan today to confirm status meeting on Monday. Am a little nervous considering the powerhouse KJS.. Am preparing notes as best as possible. Hope all goes well for my first status hearing.
